1. All Products produced by our suppliers confirm to British or, European safety standard’s.

2. All products purchased from ourselves will be covered by a 1-year, warranty and will include owner’s manual/maintenance guide.

3. A minimum amount of assembly will be required on all cycles. Our simple to read owner’s manual will clearly indicate, how items such as pedals, brakes, gears, etc, can be added, or adjusted.

4. You will be required to register your bicycle within 30 days, of purchasing your bicycle from Xtreme wheels ltd. This will entitle you to receive spare parts for your bicycle, should they fail due to manufacturing fault. Further information can be found by reading product registration, and warranty guide in the owner’s manual.

5. No bicycle is indestructible! Regular servicing and maintenance is essential to keep the bicycle road worthy and safe to use. Tips on how to do this can be found in the owner’s manual.

7. A 7 day money back guarantee is offered with every product. Should you decide your selection is not suitable. It must be returned to us complete with its original packaging and, Fit for re-sale. A full refund will be given once we have received it. All requests for refunds will be refused if you have possessed the item, For more than 7 days.

8. If your product develops a manufacturing defect after 7 days we will, Supply you with spare parts for the wholesale price. In extreme cases, such as frame failure, you will be required to return the bicycle to us for inspection. Once a manufacturing fault has been established a postage refund, will be issued. If we find the problem is caused by misuse or neglect, We reserve the right to levy a charge for the repair and return of the Bicycle.
